Purposes of the use of Personal Data

The Personal Data communicated and acquired through this application (this website) will be used by OKSYS srl also with the aid of electronic means, exclusively for the activities of:

Management of messages received and sending of communications relating to information on goods and services offered.

The insertion of the requested Personal Data is optional: the eventual lack of such data and of the consent to their treatment will make it impossible for OKSYS srl to provide the requested services.

In accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679, known as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) concerning the protection of Personal Data, the Data Controller guarantees the utmost confidentiality, and storage with maximum security and protection of the data provided, at its premises and in computerised facilities with confidential and controlled access.

Processing methods

The Data Controller guarantees the interested party that the Personal Data supplied will be used only and exclusively for what is specified and requested, that it will not be published or transferred to any other person or company, and that it can be rectified or cancelled by writing to the contact email address.

Retention period

Personal Data is processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which they have been collected and in any case only for the time strictly necessary to carry out the action requested by the user, except in cases where such data must be stored for legal or tax purposes, or in any case imposed by law.

There is, however, always the possibility of requesting that the Controller clarify the concrete legal basis of each processing and, in particular, to specify whether the processing is based on the law, provided for by a contract, or necessary to conclude a contract.

When the processing is based on the consent of the User, the Data Controller may store the Personal Data for longer periods, until consent is revoked. The Data Controller may also be obliged to store Personal Data for longer periods in order to comply with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.

Personal Data will be deleted at the end of the retention period. Therefore, at the end of this period, the right of access, cancellation, rectification and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.

User rights

Users may exercise certain rights with reference to the Data processed by the Data Controller.

In particular, Users have the right to:

Users gave the right to receive their Data in a structured, commonly used and automatic device-readable format and, where technically feasible, to have it transferred without hindrance to another data controller. This provision is applicable when the Data is processed by automated means and processing is based on the User's consent, on a contract to which the User is a party or on contractual measures connected to it.
Make a complaint.
Users may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority or take legal action.

How to exercise rights

Users who want to exercise their rights may send a request to the contact details of the Data Controller indicated in this document. Requests are filed free of charge and processed by the Data Controller as soon as possible, in any case within one month.
